This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1.1 Payment Processing
Avgeek Pro subscriptions are available through multiple payment processors:
- Stripe for web-based subscriptions
- Apple App Store for iOS purchases
- Google Play Store for Android purchases
Refund procedures and timelines vary by payment processor.
1.2 Subscription Plans
Avgeek offers the following paid plans:
- Pro Monthly — Recurring monthly subscription
- Pro Yearly — Recurring yearly subscription
- Pro Lifetime — One-time purchase with permanent access
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Situations Eligible for Refund
We consider the following as legitimate grounds for a refund:
- Critical Bugs: Significant bugs that prevent normal use of paid features
- Persistent Crashes: The App repeatedly crashes or fails to launch
- Feature Malfunction: Paid features do not work as described
- Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization
- Non-Delivery: You paid but did not receive access to Pro features
2.2 Situations NOT Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after using Pro features
- The App works as described but does not meet personal expectations
- Failure to use the subscription during the billing period
- Account terminated for violating Terms of Service
- Problems caused by user error or third-party services
2.3 Refund Timeframes
- Optimal Window: Within 30 days of purchase
- Subscriptions: Within 7 days of the billing cycle start
- Lifetime Purchases: Within 30 days of purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Stripe Purchases (Web)
Contact us directly at mail@praveent.com with:
- Your account email address
- Purchase date and amount
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshots or documentation of any issues
We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
3.2 Apple App Store Purchases
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase and click "Report"
- Select "Request a refund" and provide a reason
Apple reviews refund requests at their discretion. Processing typically takes 7-14 business days.
3.3 Google Play Store Purchases
- Open Google Play Store
- Go to Account > Order History
- Find the purchase and select "Request a refund"
Google reviews refund requests per their policy.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Times
- Stripe: 5-7 business days after approval
- Apple App Store: 7-14 business days from request
- Google Play Store: 3-5 business days from approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
4.2 Account Status After Refund
Upon refund processing:
- Pro access is revoked immediately
- Your account reverts to the Free tier
- Your flight data and history are retained
- You may re-subscribe at any time
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us at mail@praveent.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date.
